<dcterms:description><![CDATA[Catherine (Murphy) and I had planned to go to Mel's opening and had accepted an invitation to dinner at the Public Theater Library. The more we thought about it, we decided to not go to dinner (nervous about Covid), but to go to the opening early before it got crowded. We spent the day going to exhibitions. At lunch at the Chop Shop on 10th Avenue (which wasn't as good as the last time we had lunch there). We got to Mel's show at about 5:00 pm. He was due there by 5:30 pm (or something like that) for a press and staff walk through. We stayed until after 6:00 PM and he still hadn't arrived. As we were leaving Mel arrived. We visited in the street for a short time and then drove home.]]></dcterms:description>
