We invited her to stay through Sunday for dinner for my birthday and Mother's Day. On Friday, they had Garlic Soup, ham, mushroom and spinach souffle, sliced tomatoes, fruit salad, and cheesecake. On Sunday we have dinner for my birthday and Mother's Day. We served southern potato salad, chicken salad, salmon mousse, deviled eggs, ham and cream cheese, roast beef, sliced tomatoes, cheeses, spinach salad (Cathy made these), perfect chocolate cake ( I made this), Rosemary helped with dinner. Eileen (my sister), sent some presents and my parents gave us some as well. After dinner, my father watched a basketball game, and the rest of us played Jeopardy.
